How to request deletion

• Email support@bingoloot.us with the subject "Delete my account".
• Send it from the Google account you used to sign in, or include your player ID (shown in the game's Settings screen) if you play as a guest.

What gets deleted

Your account record and everything attached to it: game progress, level, coins and items, friends and invites, and feedback linked to your account. Deletion is completed within 30 days of verifying your request and cannot be undone.

What may be kept

Records of purchases may be retained where required for accounting, tax, or fraud prevention, and crash/analytics data that isn't tied to your identity is unaffected.
