What we collect

• Account data. When you play as a guest we create a random player ID for your device. If you sign in with Google we also receive your name and email address from Google, which link your progress to your account.
• Game data. Your level, coins, items, and gameplay progress, stored on our servers so your game follows your account.
• Purchase data. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive order confirmations from Google to credit your account — we never see or store your payment card details.
• Crash and performance data. Crash reports (via Sentry) and basic analytics (via Google Analytics for Firebase), such as device model, OS version, and which screens are used. This helps us fix bugs and improve the game.
• Invite data. If you install through a friend's invite link, Google Play passes us the invite code so both of you get your reward.
• Feedback. If you send feedback in the game or email support, we keep that message so we can respond.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show third-party advertising and do not use advertising SDKs.
• We do not ask for or store payment card numbers.

Where your data lives

Game servers and databases are hosted in the European Union. Crash reporting and analytics are processed by Sentry and Google under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Account and game data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove it within 30 days; purchase records may be retained longer where required for accounting and fraud prevention.

Children

Bingo Loot is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
