The game
Bingo Loot is a free-to-play entertainment game. Coins, diamonds, and all other in-game items are virtual: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be transferred or refunded except as required by law or by Google Play's refund policy. Bingo Loot offers no real-money gambling and no cash prizes.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to play. You are responsible for the device and account you play on. We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players, or interfere with the service. If you believe your account was affected in error, contact us.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Purchased virtual items are a license to use them inside the game, not property.
The service
We work to keep the game available and fair, but it is provided "as is" — we can't promise uninterrupted service, and game content, balancing, and features may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Your content
Feedback you send us may be used to improve the game. All game content, art, and characters remain the property of Bingo Loot.
Ending things
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; if we make significant changes we will announce them in the app, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

18+ — Bingo Loot is intended for an adult audience. The game does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. Practice or success at social gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
